All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Florida. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping time is between 5 to 7 business days.
International Shipping: Custom duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order for goods imported. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the receiver, and these fees (I.C.O.D) are collected at the time of delivery. The receiver must pay the duties and taxes due on their package. The international shipping cost incurred at time of check out is non refundable.
Bossa Mar provides free return shipping (within the contiguous US only). A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every qualifying order purchased on the website. Items must be unworn and undamaged, with tags, in their original packaging. Items on sale are not eligible for return. Merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Bossa Mar within 15 days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 15 days after the receipt of product. To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for the item you want.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
